Onboarding & Process Set Up
Searching and hiring the best staff continues after endorsement. During the first few days of adjustment, the wider SUMO team shall also be in the background to offer training and technical support as needed.
Step 4
Continuous Training & Support
Your new hire will continue to be directly guided by a team of industry experts from Australia and Manila and be part of a fun-filled environment and events with the SUMO community to steadily engage, inspire, and foster an outstanding place of work.
